Our position

FNF Mod Online respects the intellectual property rights of others. Games on this site are embedded from third-party hosting, and we remove any title promptly when a valid infringement notice is received.

Submitting a notice

Send notices to dmca@fnfmodonline.com. To allow us to act, a notice should include: identification of the copyrighted work concerned; the exact URL on fnfmodonline.com where the material appears; your contact details; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; a statement that the information in the notice is accurate; and your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

On receiving a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material identified and notify the relevant partner. Repeated infringement by a partner results in removal of their titles from the site.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@fnfmodonline.com identifying the material, its previous location and the reason you believe the removal was mistaken, together with your contact details and signature.
